Tarako Spagetti
Editor and author Seigo Matsuoka was deeply moved when he first ate "Tarako Spaghetti" at a small shop called "Kabe no Ana" in Shibuya in the late 1970s.
He was so impressed that he became convinced Japan would be all right because of it. (From "The Core of Japanese Culture")
